Prior to joining BECK, Michael was a partner at Gardiner & Theobald, specialising in the hotel sector, and later served as Vice President of Design & Engineering at IHG Hotels & Resorts. He then joined Sonder as a Senior Director before joining BECK.

Holding a degree in Interior Design, she began her career as an Assistant Setter Out before gaining hands-on experience in Procurement, Project & FF&E Coordination, and Client Liaison. Her on-site experience has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of precision and the meticulous approach required to deliver projects of the highest calibre.

As Business Development Director, she works closely with the leadership team to shape and implement the company’s business development strategy, ensuring continued stability and growth.
