Renowned for his straight forward collaborative approach, he has built lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals. His expertise in delivering complex, high-profile projects, ranging from iconic five-star hotels to super-prime residential and luxury commercial spaces, reflects his dedication to delivering quality by innovation, and operational excellence.

As CEO, his primary focus is ensuring structured progression whilst continuing to maintain the highest standards, and cultivating a team that is truly the best in the industry. Since 2001, he has played a key role in driving growth and stability for construction businesses, ensuring strong financial foundations and sustainable success.

As CFO, he oversees financial planning, reporting, and compliance, helping the company navigate complex industry challenges while maximising profitability and long-term value.

Michael Walsh

Michael is a highly accredited real estate and hospitality professional with over 30 years’ experience in development, design, and commercial strategy. A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Forward Institute, Michael has led high-profile projects and driven strategic growth within the organisations he has worked in.

Prior to joining BECK, Michael was a partner at Gardiner & Theobald, specialising in the hotel sector, and later served as Vice President of Design & Engineering at IHG Hotels & Resorts. He then joined Sonder as a Senior Director before joining BECK.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Michael is responsible for the commercial aspects of the business, driving cost efficiency and profitability. Michael manages contracts, risk, procurement, and financial performance while leading the commercial team.

Michael values authentic leadership, strong relationships, and a collaborative approach, ensuring shared goals inspire teams to work together toward success. His ability to foster trust, align stakeholders, and drive collective ambition makes him a key driver of BECK London’s enduring strength and industry leadership.

With nearly 20 years in the luxury construction industry, Vanessa is a passionate and highly respected leader known for building genuine, long-lasting relationships. Holding a degree in Interior Design, she began her career as an Assistant Setter Out before gaining hands-on experience in Procurement, Project & FF&E Coordination, and Client Liaison. Her on-site experience has given her a deep appreciation for the importance of precision and the meticulous approach required to deliver projects of the highest calibre.

As Business Development Director, she works closely with the leadership team to shape and implement the company’s business development strategy, ensuring continued stability and growth. She plays a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the company at the forefront of the luxury construction sector. Her ability to connect with clients and industry leaders ensures BECK London remains a trusted name in delivering world-class projects.

Beyond business development, she also leads the company’s brand strategy, ensuring it reflects the excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship that define BECK London.
