Staff Development

We want our staff to know their development and career paths are important to us. We recognise that training and development increases our employee’s confidence in their roles and ensures they feel appreciated as part of the BECK London team.

We make sure all staff can progress within their individual role and also be eligible for promotion within the company as a whole. Our policy is to continually train and develop our staff whilst also providing the opportunity for them to work alongside the Board Directors, Project Directors and Site Management Teams, to maximise their experience and opportunities.

Foremost for us is to create a safe and healthy working environment for all our staff. We like to encourage discussions and liaise with our staff on our practises and policies, so we can continue to develop the BECK workplace as a safe and enjoyable environment.

We believe a positive culture at work is essential for our staff to feel heard, supported and valued. The leadership team practise a management style which encourages both teamwork and open communication. Sustainability & the Environment

We are fully committed to protecting the environment and minimising the impact of our construction and fit-out works. We procure our goods and materials from sustainable sources wherever possible, recommend environmentally friendly products to our designers and recycle whenever we can.

Ultimately, we want our projects to end up being a better place, as a result of our involvement. We also welcome the chance to collaborate with clients, on how we can help them deliver on their own sustainability objectives.
