Inspired by Soho’s bold energy, the existing W Lounge, 913 Club, and library at the W Hotel have been transformed into ‘The Perception at W London.’

The W Lounge is a dramatic double-height space, where dark oak panelling across the floor, walls, and ceiling contrasts sharply with a brilliant white, full-height bookshelf wall rising to the mezzanine above. Along the window elevations, bespoke bench seating allows diners to take in views of Soho below.

The cocktail bar, ‘On The Rocks,’ features circular booths adorned with bespoke chevron teak panelling, topped with striking green ‘Verde Imperiale’ Italian marble.

‘Playback’ houses the DJ booth and silent disco area, defined by black-stained oak joinery and semi-circular, leather-clad seating. Revellers can take a break on the beautifully crafted ‘Pillow Fight’ daybed, partially screened by a high-polished brass wall, Italian stone top, and cream leather base.

‘Revolve,’ the viewing room, boasts a double-height ceiling showcasing Europe’s largest disco ball, paired with fully bespoke radial pixel lighting. Beneath, a custom triple-tiered, oak-stained revolving platform offers flexible seating, allowing guests to take in views of Leicester Square or turn towards the bar.

The multiple areas of this project with contrasting, high-end finishes have been brought together with a fully bespoke, intelligently lit, gold bead curtain which flows throughout the space to create a striking visual feature.
