Elegantly designed and meticulously executed, the works included replacing all windows while honouring the building’s listed status, as well as creating new room layouts, M&E, AV and specialist finishes and decoration. The joinery throughout is custom made, with features of bronze, fabrics, stone and exquisite veneers, all hand crafted by our skilled in-house workshop, to the highest standards of quality.
Mayfair Private Residence
Working closely with the architects, we combined apartments on the third and fourth floors of a noted, listed building to create an impeccably luxurious duplex within.
A beautifully designed, bespoke, self- supporting, solid, silver-grey, travertine staircase unites the apartments as one. The staircase was hand-carved in Italy and then finished on-site by the same craftsmen.
